Our baby gift baskets/hampers and nappy cakes will be beautifully wrapped in cellophane with a bow and coordinating ribbon. For shipping they are safely wrapped in bubble wrap and sent securely packaged in a plain cardboard box.
Of course. Simply provide the recipient’s delivery address along with the message you would like us to write, in the relevant boxes provided when you place your order.
Rest assured, we never include/send any details relating to price with orders and all gifts are sent in a plain cardboard box.
We provide gift cards for all purchases. If you would like us to write a message for you, simply complete the relevant box when you place your order. Otherwise we will send the gift card blank.

All orders are shipped free of charge to addresses within the UK mainland, via a tracked 2 to 3 day delivery service. If you would like your gift shipped to Highlands and Islands or Ireland please contact us for the delivery charge. We also offer an express delivery service. As our gifts are hand made to order, we aim to despatch them within one working days from when you place your order.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank/public holidays. Any order placed on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
All orders are shipped free of charge to UK Mainland addresses, via a tracked courier service, and delivered within 2 to 3 working days from date of despatch.
If you wish to receive your order sooner, please select the Express Delivery option. Using this service, you gift will be despatched on the next working day after your order is placed and will be delivered during the following working day.
If you would like your gift shipped to the Highlands and Islands or Ireland, please contact us for the applicable delivery charge/time.
We currently do not deliver to Europe and beyond.
Unique Baby Gift Baskets cannot be held responsible for any delays to delivery outside of its control.
We are confident you will be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you aren’t entirely happy with your order, we will refund you, on the basis that the order is returned to us within 14 days of the date is was received and has been unopened and is returned to us in its original condition.
If you wish to return your order, you must advise us in writing, specifying the reason, using the contact form on our website. We will then provide the return address.
We do not pay the cost of return postage.
Once we have inspected the return, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
If your order is returned to us as it wasn’t collected or through your failure to receive the item, there will a charge for re-delivery. In the event that you do not want your gift to be redelivered, a fee of £4 will be deducted from your refund to account for the initial cost of posting your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for any orders sent to your specified delivery address that you subsequently advise was incorrect.
