Orders £29.99 and above will be shipped using our national delivery partner, DPD, via their premium 24 hour express weekday shipping service for £4.95. You will receive full SMS/email shipping updates, so you will be kept fully informed of your gift’s journey along the way, whether it is being sent to you or direct to your recipient. PLEASE NOTE: DPD DO NOT DELIVER ON A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, OR BANK/PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
Orders under £29.99 will be sent using Royal Mail first class 1-2 day delivery for £3.95.
We appreciate how important it is for you, and your recipient, to receive the gift as quickly at possible at this very special time. Even though all our gifts are hand-made to order and packaged to perfection, we endeavour to dispatch orders placed before midday, on the same day. Orders placed after midday will be shipped on the following working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank/public holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: If your order is being shipped to the ‘Highlands and Islands’ including Northern Ireland, it will be sent using Royal Mail 2-3 day delivery service.
